A peak behind the curtain: This and the next two panels were once the same page, but I’m trying to choke my pages with less word bubbles for clarity’s sake, even if it means having to do more drawings. The next page isn’t SUPER dialog heavy but you’ll be able to see how these four panels together would have made for a really dense page.
Not having to draw backgrounds any more is why I didn’t do that, more than likely.
