I find building furniture in 3D to be relaxing, and I there’s a point where there’s too much stuff in a place to reliably draw it in perspective without pulling your hair out, especially when the background isn’t the point, so I built the first floor of the house in 3D over the last few days. I do think 3D modelling is something all artists should attempt to get familiar with if they have the time (Blender recently got a HUGE upgrade and is much nicer) but will admit: this isn’t being lazy, per se, but if you want to call it that go ahead, I don’t care. I am not drawing a car the regular way.
