A little story about WHY this comic has a parody of Small Pony Amigo Magico: When I was originally writing this nearly five years ago, my future fiancee sent me an episode of the 80s cartoon. The horses were all at a roller rink, which… You know, it’s probably dangerous to put any quadruped on roller skates, but I want to say it’d be especially dangerous for horses. I imagine some kinds of dogs could get used to, and even excel at roller skating, but I just don’t think horses would be able to grasp it.
