Believe it or not, I debated whether or not to have someone say “shit” in this comic at all, but more than any other curse word, a lot of the sayings with “shit” in it have their impact changed pretty significantly when changed to other words. “Holy crap!” doesn’t have the same feel to it that “Holy shit” does. The inflection of the phrase heavily denotes what the intention is, but “holy crap” is always “holy crap.”

These are my big cursing takes.
